Lily Baptist Church

The Lily Baptist Church was organized in 1915 when seven residents of the Ketona Community felt compelled to organize a church and requested advice from the Reverend J.W. Carter. The first building was located in the Dolcito Community, which was located just south of the rear of the new edifice.

The Lily Baptist Church is in the business of “Saving Souls and Improving Lives while learning more about The Word of God”. We have weekly Prayer Meeting and Bible Study on Wednesday at 6:00 pm. Through prayer we draw closer to God while petitioning for his grace. In Bible Study, we dive into God’s word to get a greater understanding of how we can use it to better our lives and those around us. 

We also engage to involve everyone of all ages in various ministries. Come join our church and you will find Lily Baptist Church is a place where you can Believe, Belong, and Become.
